Franchise Asset Focus
GM Acquisitions also focuses on syndicating capital for franchise acquisition opportunities. There are two main asset classes we focus on within the franchise market, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) portfolios and Hotels. We focus on these asset classes because often there is a real estate component to the investment and when investing in the operator there is often a higher annual cash flow yield than compared to traditional real estate.
